Payment

We accept cash and all major debit and credit cards. Kharma Spa & Boutique may, at its sole discreation, accept personal checks from long standing clients. Payment by credit card may be made in person or over the telephone. Payment equal to 50% of the service must be paid for packages or groups at the time of booking with the balance due the day of service. (for more information on payment of packages please see our "Spa Packages" page.

Reservations

Although we welcome walk in appointments, it is strongly recommended that you schedule spa services in advance in order to secure a time that is convenient for you. Packages should be scheduled at least two to three weeks in advance. All services for parties or packages require a deposit or a credit card to be on file at the time the reservation is made.

Promptness

Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow yourself a relaxing experience. Unfortunately, arriving late will decrease the amount of time allowed for your treatment so that the next guest is not delayed.

Consideration

Kharma is a place to escape from the day to day stress of live. Please silence your cell phones and pagers while in the spa. Please refrain from bringing small children to the spa unless they are receiving treatments. We appreciate your courtesy and consideration in these matters.

Cancellations

Please call 24 hours prior to your appointment if you are unable to keep or need to reschedule your appointment.  All cancellations for packages require a 48 hour  notice. No shows will be charged 50% of the full service price. Gift Certificates are non-refundable. Prices are subject to change without notice. Please call with any questions regarding current pricing.

Gratuities

In appreciation for your technicians excellent service a gratuity may be given at your discretion. Tip envelopes are available at the front desk for your convenience or you can advise the hostess upon check out if you would like to add a gratuity on your check or credit card.

Gift Certificates

The perfect gift of relaxation and rejuvenation or for use in our beautiful boutique. Available from your hostess at the spa or call (209) 469-2009.  Gift Certificates may be purchase by phone with a major credit card on file.
