Kharma Signature Massage~
A custom massage designed to meet your particular needs and our most popular massage. Your therapist will discuss any concerns or problem areas with you prior to your massage. The Signature Massage is a swedish massage consisting of long soothing strokes to induce relaxation and to relieve stress. This is combined with deep tissue massage in areas of tension and muscle pain to reduce tight muscles and knots. The Signature Massage is designed to reduce fatigue, detoxify and rejuvinate the body and mind.

Deep Tissue ~
Uses firm pressure to release deep, chronic muscle tension commonly referred to as "knots". The knots are released through use of a deeper pressure in targeted areas. Please advise your therapist what areas are of concern to you. Your therapist will inquire during your massage if the pressure is right for you. Everyone is different, so be sure and let your therapist know if the pressure is to light or to deep. Because Deep Tissue massage releases toxins, your Therapist will provide you with bottled water but it is important to drink lots of water for the next day or so to cleanse your system. Not recommended for sensative people or for those experiencing a first-time massage.

Reflexology ~
Use of pressure on feet, hands and ears to stimulate reflex points. Each point correlates to a specific area of the body. Activating reflex points can improve circulation, relieve stress and promotes relaxaton.

Pre-natal Massage ~
A relaxing and calming massage to relieve tension, aches and pains. Our Therapists use a specially designed pillow for your comfort . Excellent for body and mind.

Body Heat Treatment ~
These soyfin wraps for hands and feet are a wonderful addition to other spa treatments or enjoy them as a stand-alone treatment. Your skin will feel soft and smooth after this moisturizing treatment.
